Williamsport topped the field of 18 teams over the weekend at North Hagerstown’s 24th annual Hub Cup — Washington County’s largest and most prestigious wrestling tournament. It was only the fifth time a Washington County team won the title. Williamsport also won in 2002.
140-pound champion Trey Andree, of runner-up Waynesboro, was voted the Outstanding Wrestler. He edged Williamsport’s Kemper Baker 5-4 in the final, preventing Baker from winning a third straight Hub Cup title.
